The Marin Sun Farms Butcher Shop consists of:

A full service butcher shop specializing in locally sourced, grass-fed, pasture raised meats, and eggs - including our own production livestock. Individual and specialty cuts can be purchased over the counter. Whole, half, and smaller portioned packages can be ordered in advance and scheduled to be picked up. We cure our own bacon and ham; produce our own sausages and jerky along with many other meaty delights. We also offer for sale beer, wine, spice mixes, jam, and soap. 

A fully equipped commercial kitchen that we utilize to produce Lard, Tallow, Stocks, Seasonal Soups, and much more!
