Agreement/Signature

  • MSF is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to the pick up site.
  • Subscription payments are final upon receipt and are non refundable for any reason.
  • Members may choose to down grade their package at any time, but no refund will be given.
  • Credit card will be automatically charged for all additional items ordered. Receipt will be included with members monthly package.
